SG International Solutions Pte Ltd (SGIS) was founded in Singapore in 2023.
SGIS has considerable experience dealing with multi-jurisdictional offshore structures, particularly in relation to structures which have a British Virgin Islands or Jersey component.
SGIS’ clients include business families, trust companies and banks throughout the Asian region.
Client feedback commonly highlights three key attributes:
1) the ability to not only provide guidance on specific areas but also its ability to perform an independent review regardless of jurisdiction;

About Craig Paynter
Craig is a dual qualified lawyer admitted in England & Wales (since 2012) and the British Virgin Islands (since 2013).
Craig has worked for Ogier in Guernsey, for Bedell Cristin and Gowling WLG in Singapore and prior to becoming SGIS’ Chief Executive Officer, Craig was a Partner at Rajah & Rann (Singapore) LLP.
In addition to his legal experience, Craig is regularly appointed as a Professional Protector for client structures.
Craig has lived in Singapore since 2015 but travels regularly around Southeast Asia, China and London.
